"Personal Action Plan Development"

The Personal Action Plan Development Program is a series of strategic planning sessions for any individual. The program begins with an in-depth personnel interview that will focus on a person’s current position in life. During the interview we will identify and establish a list of goals in a variety of categories. There are four categories and they are as follows: physical, mental, financial, and spiritual areas of one’s life. Individual goals will be set for both the long term and short term and, dates of completion will be attached for each and every goal. The individual’s Personal Action Plan will include work, family, school, hobbies, sports, and spiritual values, etc. 

Upon completion of the interview series, a personal action plan for the future will be created for the individual. This working document will be used as a guide to making personal and family decisions, which will foster personal growth while making overall progress. The individual will be taught to set new goals upon achieving the goals already set.

Communication is established in the beginning and maintained on a weekly basis. As questions arise the individual is free to call us at anytime for guidance and or direction. This will establish a strong and continuous level of support for all individuals. Assistance in working the individual’s plan of action will be available whenever desired. This will enhance performance, raise individual standards, and help to increase accountability.

The Career Preparation and Planning Program is a professional career development program. We will provide extensive support for any individual seeking assistance in getting a career off the ground. Areas of support include: resume creation, interview preparation, career counseling, and job placement assistance.
