“Rising Stars” is a professionally presented interactive leadership-training program.
This 40-hour program is presented in four hour segments over a period of 10 days, and is designed for students ages 12 through 22. Topics such as organizational skills, leadership skills, goal setting, and life planning are discussed in detail. The “Rising Stars” Program is facilitated strategically to help the students to clearly understand the importance of becoming a leader. In addition, this program continuously emphasizes the significance of leadership qualities in all areas of a person’s life.         

The “Rising Stars” Program is presented on power point with video integration. A white dry erase board, props, and student exercises are all integrated. Throughout the program, excellent interaction and discussion is created, helping the students to take ownership of the concepts. Graduation is scheduled for the final session and a certificate of completion is given to each student.
