The “WINGS” Program is a character and leadership development program designed for ages 11 through 22. Having a strong focus on character and leadership development as well as success in business, this interactive program fosters excellent discussions on topics such as diversity, cultures, honesty, respect, trust, accountability, credibility, and personal integrity.

The “WINGS” Pogram is segmented into three parts. They are The Team Concept, International Business Communication, and Vision Into The Future. Additional topics such as Communication Skills, Barriers to Communication, Priorities, Dreaming Big Dreams, Goal Setting, Personal Vision, Visualization, The Mission Statement, and Leaving a Legacy are all discussed in detail. A group exercise titled “The River Crossing” is also planned for our International Business Communication segment.

The “WINGS” Program is presented professionally on power point with video integration. A white dry erase board brings balance to our presentation for profile and overhead views, as well as listing student responses. Props and pictures on easels are also utilized throughout the entire presentation. This program is best presented as an individual seminar with a class size of up to 30 students. This will maximize student interaction and allow adequate time for discussion. A minimum time period of four-hours should be allocated to complete the presentation.
